Soft and chewy texture with slight sweetness in varieties of taste including 1. pure kanten for raindrop cake or mxing with syrup or puree for different flavours 2. Japanese matcha 3. Japanese houjicha, and 4. brown sugar. Simply dissolve in hot water (no need to boil), pour it into a mold (for raindrop cake), and leave it in room temperature for 60 mins or refrigerate for 40 mins before dicing into cubes.
Raindrop Cake Kawami Kanten Powder Still water or hot water dissolve Kawami Kanten in hot water (or mix with still water and microwave for 2 mins) Refrigerate for 20 mins or leave in room temperature for 40-60 mins. Dice it  20 250  กรัม มล.
